The people behind the work.
We are Think Digital Marketing, a young, energetic and enthusiastic end to end marketing team focused on making informed decisions and delivering work that holds up. We believe good marketing comes from clear thinking, solid data and a practical approach.
The agency is led by Gary Etherington and Harris Todd, bringing over 30 years of combined experience. Gary focuses on client relationships and new business, while Harris leads strategy across all accounts. Together, they stay closely involved and help set the direction for everything we do.
How we work.
We’re a team of 13+ specialists covering development, paid media, SEO, CRM and creative. All work is handled in-house, which keeps communication tight and decisions close to the detail.
We work alongside our clients rather than at arm’s length, often acting as an extension of their internal team. Communication is open and direct, and we stay flexible to suit how each business operates, often communicating outside of hours because we understand that some industries operate around the clock, so we do too.
